NUTS: The Choco Pecan Chunk, Chunky Monkey Oats, and Pistaberry Bomb cookies contain nuts (pecans, peanuts, and pistachios, respectively). The rest of our cookies may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

SOY: All of our cookies may contain soy because we use various vegan beverages in our dough, fillings, and icing (this can be soy, almond, oat, or coconut beverage).

We pride ourselves on using only high-quality, natural ingredients in our cookies. You won't find any artificial or added flavors, colors, fragrances, preservatives, or anything else you can't pronounce or recognize.

Our cookies weigh approximately 100 grams each. Their size may vary, as each cookie is a handmade masterpiece, but they're approximately 8 to 10 cm in diameter and 2 to 3 cm high. This makes them perfect for sharing (or not – no problem!) and they can be frozen for later enjoyment!

No, our cookies are only available through our online store and are delivered nationwide. We don't have a physical store. We bake our cookies at home.

You can store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze them for up to 2 months if you want to eat them later. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend heating the cookies in the oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for a few minutes until soft and gooey. If you really can't wait, 20 seconds in the microwave is also sufficient. Frozen cookies need 5 to 10 minutes in the oven—but trust us, it's worth it!

NOTE : Never store the cookies in the refrigerator! They'll become hard and dry, which isn't good for anyone.

No, our minimum order quantity per flavor is 5 cookies. If you'd like some variety, you can:

• Add multiple boxes of 5 cookies with different flavors to the same order or
• Next time I will place a separate order for a different flavor.

All our cookies are baked fresh on the day of shipment, 24-48 hours after order confirmation. You'll receive them the next day, unless there are unforeseen delays beyond our control. Currently, we ship Monday through Thursday, so you'll receive your cookies no later than Saturday. Therefore, we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays.

• Shipping days: Monday to Thursday
• Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday
• Orders placed on Thursday after 9:00 AM will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note: We have a maximum order capacity of 25-50 orders per shipping day. Your order may be delayed. We'll let you know if this happens.

Please be careful when entering your email address and keep an eye on your inbox for tracking information. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. We recommend sending it to a collection point for the best chance of smooth delivery.

Important: Our cookies can withstand some delays or warmer weather, but like many products, they may soften or melt slightly due to heat. This isn't a problem and can easily be resolved by cooling the cookies immediately upon receipt. Then you can enjoy them!

We bake and ship our cookies the same day, so you'll receive them fresh the next day. We use a securely sealed, 100% recyclable, and environmentally friendly shipping box and ship them with a reliable parcel service. Always check your cookies immediately upon receipt to ensure they've arrived safely.

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order is processed for shipment. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and add hello@nalabakery.com to your safe senders list.

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Please verify that your billing information is correct before placing your order. Declined payments may result in additional holds.

Options for sending a box of cookies as a gift :

• Sending with a message card :

1. We can ship the box directly to the recipient's address.
2. There is no price or product information listed on the box.
3. Add a handwritten message: Receive a message card and write your message in the comments field at checkout.
   

• Gift voucher (if you are not sure which flavours you want yet):

1. Buy a gift card worth the box of cookies.
2. This will be sent directly by email, so the recipient can choose the flavors themselves later.

Because our cookies are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If you've experienced a problem with your order, please email hello@nalabakery.com and let us know what's wrong. We'll do our best to resolve it.

You can order as many boxes of cookies as you like. Please note that we may charge additional shipping costs for larger quantities.

Our processing capacity: Currently, we can process a maximum of 25 to 50 orders per shipping day, so it may take longer for your order to ship. We will inform you of the expected delivery time after receiving your order.
