The cookies are baked the same day they are shipped, and you'll receive them the next day. In the event of high demand or other unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur at the sorting center. Because we have no control over this, we always refer to the shipping date instead of the delivery date. For example, if you place your order on Monday, we'll ship it between Tuesday and Wednesday, and you'll receive it by Thursday at the latest.
