Cookie Care

  1. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
  2. Or freeze for up to 2 months if you don't eat them right away.
  3. Heat the cookies in an oven at 180°C for a few minutes or until soft and sticky.
  4. If you really can't wait, 20 seconds in the microwave is enough.
  5. If they're frozen, they'll take about 5-10 minutes in the oven - but trust us, it's worth it!

Shipping information

We currently ship Monday through Thursday via a reliable parcel service, within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. The cookies are baked the same day they are shipped, and you'll receive them the next day. In the event of high demand or other unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur at the sorting center. Because we have no control over this, we always refer to the shipping date instead of the delivery date. For example, if you place your order on Monday, we'll ship it between Tuesday and Wednesday, and you'll receive it by Thursday at the latest.
