Meet Miriam, the founder of Nala Bakery

NALA is a home bakery owned by Miriam Messuti, who recently relocated to the Netherlands to pursue her career as a pastry chef and entrepreneur after 10 years running her bakery, Sweet 36, in Madrid, Spain. NALA was founded with the goal of redefining the vegan dessert industry. Customers can enjoy a taste experience that combines ethical food with exquisite flavor. Miriam achieves this through artisanal cookie baking in small batches. NALA doesn't just offer ordinary cookies; it's the place to be for decadent flavors and exciting combinations. Using high-quality, plant-based ingredients and sustainable practices, Miriam consistently strives to satisfy customers' cravings with every bite, while simultaneously inspiring a conscious lifestyle and caring for the planet.
