Refunds
- After receipt, the customer is not entitled to return the product for any reason.
- The customer must inspect the packages upon delivery or pickup.
- Complaints can only be submitted on the day of delivery or pickup.
- Complaints about product quality can only be submitted within 2 days and can only be submitted by phone or email to hello@nalabakery.com.
Please note: NALA Bakery is not responsible for any issues that may arise during cancellation or for damage to the product that may occur during delivery. If the item is damaged, we can refund the shipping costs.
Cancellation
- The customer can cancel their order free of charge up to 72 hours before the pickup or shipping date.
- Send an email to hello@nalabakery.com or call us during business hours.
- A full refund will be processed within 2 business days, minus any transaction fees we may have incurred.
Please note: PayPal does not reimburse the seller's transaction fees when we issue a refund to the buyer. Therefore, if you paid with PayPal, you will receive your money back minus the transaction fees.
