NALA is a home bakery owned by Miriam Messuti, who recently relocated to the Netherlands to pursue her career as a pastry chef and entrepreneur after 10 years running her bakery, Sweet 36, in Madrid, Spain. NALA was founded with the goal of redefining the vegan dessert industry. Customers can enjoy a taste experience that combines ethical food with exquisite flavor.
