1. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week
2. Or frozen for up to 2 months if not enjoyed immediately
3. Warm cookies in a 180ºC oven for a few minutes or until gooey
4. If you simply can´t wait, then 20 seconds in the microwave should do it
5. If frozen, they´ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven - but trust us, it´s worth it!

Currently, we ship from Monday to Thursday using a reliable parcel service, 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Cookies are baked on the same day they are shipped, and you will receive them the following day. In cases of high demand or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays at the sorting center. Since we cannot control this ourselves, we always refer to the shipping date rather than the delivery date. For example, if you place your order on Monday, we will ship it between Tuesday and Wednesday, and you will receive at your doorstep by Thursday at the latest.
