GLUTEN:  All of our cookies contain gluten, made with high-quality, locally-sourced flours and cereals. Any gluten-free option may be offered, but containing traces as we work with gluten at home.

NUTS: The Choco Pecan Chunk, Chunky Monkey Oats and Pistaberry Bomb cookies contain nuts (Pecan, peanuts and pistachios respectively). The rest of our cookies may contain traces of nuts and peanuts.

SOY: All of our cookies might contain soy bean, because we use different vegan drinks in our dough, fillings and icings (could be soy, almond, oat or coconut drink).

We only use high quality and natural ingredients in our cookies. You will not find any artificial/added flavors, colors or fragrances.

Our cookies are around 90 to 100 grams each. The measures may vary, as each cookie is a handcrafted masterpiece, but around 8 to 10 cm diameter each and 2 to 3 cm height.

No, our cookies are only available in the webshop and delivered throughout the Netherlands. We do not have a physical shop. We bake our cookies from home. 

You can keep them in the same box we ship them or in any airtight container outside the refrigerator, at room temperature.

Our cookies stay fresh for 5 days if they are stored correctly. If you store them for a longer time, we recommend that you warm them up in the oven at 180ºC for 2 minutes and then let them rest for 4 minutes. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.

The minimum order is 5 cookies, so we offer a 5 cookie box and a 10 cookie box. If you need more cookies, you can order extra 5 and/or 10 cookie boxes. If it is a larger quantity, or in a different size/shape, let's say for an event or something like that, please fill out our contact form so we can get back to you and discuss options.

At the moment, we can only offer boxes with the same cookie flavor. If you want to try different flavors, you can either order as many flavor boxes as you want to try, or request a different flavor on your next order.

All of our cookies are fresh and are therefore freshly prepared on the day of shipping. We would like you to receive your order as soon as possible. At the latest on Saturday. That's why we don't ship on Friday and Saturday. Monday is considered a preparation day and is therefore not a shipping day.

Please note:  There is a maximum order capacity of 25-50 orders per shipping day. It is possible that your order will be processed later! We will inform you if this is the case.

Pay attention when filling in your email address and keep an eye on your email at all times for the track and trace. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email about this. We recommend sending it to a collection point , so that you have the greatest chance of a smooth delivery of your package. 

Important
Our cookies are resistant to some delay or warmer weather, but like many products, it can become a bit softer or melty due to the heat. This is not a problem and easily solved by cooling your cookies again immediately upon arrival. Then you can enjoy them!

We ship our cookies in a well-sealed, 100% recyclable and eco-friendly shipping box. We send them with a parcel service. Always check immediately upon receipt whether your cookies have arrived correctly.
