GLUTEN: All of our cookies contain gluten, made with high-quality, locally-sourced flours and cereals. Any gluten-free option may be offered, but containing traces as we are not a gluten-free certified bakery.

NUTS: The Choco Pecan Chunk, Chunky Monkey Oats, Pistaberry Bomb and Guavalicious cookies contain nuts (Pecan, peanuts, pistachios and walnuts respectively). The rest of our cookies may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

SOY: All of our cookies might contain soy bean, because we use different vegan drinks in our dough, fillings and icings (could be soy, almond, oat or coconut drink).

We pride ourselves on sourcing only high quality and real ingredients in our cookies. You will not find any artificial or added flavors, colors, fragrances, preservatives or nothing else you can't pronounce or recognize.

Our cookies are around 100 grams each. The measures may vary, as each cookie is a handcrafted masterpiece, but around 8 to 10 cm diameter each and 2 to 3 cm height. This makes them great for sharing (or not - no judgment) and can be frozen for future snacking!

No, our cookies are only available through the webshop and delivered nationwide. We do not have a physical shop. We bake our cookies from home.

You may store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or frozen for up to 2 months if you would like to save them for later. To maximize enjoyment, our recommendation is to warm the cookie in the oven at 180ºC for a few minutes until gooey. Of course, if you simply can't wait, then 20 seconds in the microwave should do it. If frozen, they'll need between 5 and 10 minutes in the oven — but trust us, it's worth it!

Fair warning: Never store the cookies in the refrigerator! This will lead to hard, dry cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

The best way to customize your cookie selection is to order the individual flavors you'd like as packs of five. For example, if you want 2 flavors you can add a 5-pack of our Choco Pecan Chunk and a separate 5-pack of our Pistaberry Bomb. We currently aren't set up to specify what cookie flavors are included in the individual packs.

If it is a larger quantity, or in a different size/shape, let's say for an event or something like that, please fill out our contact form so we can get back to you and discuss options.

All of our cookies are freshly baked on the same day of shipping, 24-48 hours after order confirmation. You will receive them the following day, if any unforseen delay occurs that escapes from our control. Currently, we ship from Monday to Thursday, so you get your cookies delivered at the latest, on Saturday. That's why we don't ship on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Shipping days: Monday to Thursday
• Ordered before Monday noon, shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday
• Ordered on Friday before noon, shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday

Please note: There is a maximum order capacity of 25-50 orders per shipping day. It is possible that your order will be processed later! We will inform you if this is the case.

Pay attention when filling in your email address and keep an eye on your email at all times for the track and trace. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email about this. We recommend sending it to a collection point , so that you have the greatest chance of a smooth delivery of your package.

Important: Our cookies are resistant to some delay or warmer weather, but like many products, it can become a bit softer or melty due to the heat. This is not a problem and easily solved by cooling your cookies again immediately upon arrival. Then you can enjoy them!

We ship our cookies in a well-sealed, 100% recyclable and eco-friendly shipping box. We send them with a parcel service. Always check immediately upon receipt whether your cookies have arrived correctly.

You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking once your order is being processed for shipment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder and add hello@nalabakery.com to your safe senders list.

We accept most major credit cards as well as Apple, Google Pay and iDEAL. Please make sure billing information is correct before submitting your order. Declined payments may result in extra authorization holds.

Not to worry, we never include pricing or similar details for our online orders shipped nationwide. Please note, the shipping label will be on the outside of the shipper box.
